The resort operates three outdoor pools, including a guest-only pool available from 7 am to 10 pm. Two additional pools are heated year-round, one with a pool with view and a fence around pool for safety.

The on-site Natural Springs Spa uses mineral-rich hot springs water for detoxifying body wraps and scrubs. Guests can book full body massages, foot baths, and facial treatments in the spa lounge. A steam room, sauna, and hot tub complete the wellness experience at Fairmont Hot Springs.
